Do you have a new email address?
In that case, please notify the fund administrator at beleggingen@iqeq.com. After they have changed your email address, you can log in again.

Check if there is perhaps a typo in your password. It may help to type your password in another place where you can read and double check it. You can then copy and paste it into the password field.

Are you using the correct username associated with your password?

Your annual statement can be found under "My Documents" if you are logged into your investment account.

In mid-February, at the earliest at the end of January, your annual statement about the previous year will be available on the web portal.

IQEQ (the administrator of the fund) needs (at least) a few working days to process the closing price of the past month, which is why you cannot see it immediately in your investment account.

It takes approximately two business days for your deposit to be processed and to be shown in your investment account.

Your (follow-up) transfer must be credited to the bank account of Beleggingsfonds Hoofbosch no later than the last working day of the month.

You become a participant in Hoofbosch by submitting a request to issue participations to the administrator. The request must be sent to the administrator no later than two (2) working days before the start of the new month. Yes, that is possible. You must withdraw at least € 5,000 (and leave at least € 100,000). Please submit a request for redemption of units by the fund to the administrator no later than ten (10) working days prior to the first working day of the new month. The purchase price (net asset value of participations minus the withdrawal fee) will be paid into your account within five (5) working days.
